We have been buying potatoes from Tony Lehouillier at Foote Brook Farm since 2000. Tony grows yellow potatoes specifically for Red Hen and storing them year round, making it possible for our potato bread to be made exclusively with Foote Brook spuds. We use 500 pounds of them each month. The deliveries are brought to us by Tony himself or his wife and business partner Joie.
