Our olive bread weds a naturally leavened bread with Kalamata and Moroccan oil-cured olives. Olive bread goes well with hearty lunch fare and fine Mediterranean cooking.  This bread is a specialty item available at our cafe and at the Waitsfield and Montpelier farmers’ markets.

Ingredients

Turkey” heirloom wheat flour*, water, Kalamata olives, “Turkey” heirloom bolted wheat flour*, VT-grown whole wheat flour*, salt.
