A Vermont summer classic served in house-made waffle cones

What makes our waffle cones the best you’ve ever had? It starts with organic, locally grown whole wheat flour.

Yup. That’s right. All of the wheat in our cones was grown by a couple of our local farmer friends. Then we mill that wheat into whole wheat flour on our stone mill. When was the last time you had an ice cream cone made with freshly-milled, local organic wheat? Never? We thought so. The rest of the ingredient list is pretty darned pure too: local milk, butter, egg whites, organic sugar, and a dash of vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.

Our creemee base starts with dairy from Kindom Creamery in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. We always offer a maple creamy, made with local Mad River Maple syrup, and every week we offer a different rotating specialty flavor. New flavors start on Fridays. We are open from 7 am to 3 pm for online ordering only.

Your order will be ready at the time indicated on your confirmation (usually in 15-20 minutes).

Our creemee window will be open through Monday from 11-6.
