The Staff at Red Hen is Red Hen

We are grateful to have nearly fifty people who choose to earn a living working at Red Hen Baking Company. Many of them consider this their career. All of them take great pride in what they do.

Whether it’s baking bread and pastries, making soups and sandwiches, creating latte art and helping customers, delivering bread in all kinds of weather, balancing the checkbook, packing bread all night long, or keeping the place looking spic and span – we rely on every one of these skilled and passionate individuals. Many of our staff have have been with us for the better part of a decade or more. All of them truly make us who we are.

In fact, Red Hen is those individuals.

We're Baking Again!

Reopening Thursday.

After having to take a brief pause to keep everyone safe, we are getting back to baking. Beginning on Tuesday, January 26th., you will find our bread in stores again.

On this first day back, you won’t see baguettes, but you will find five varieties on the shelves. Over the next four days, our selection will be increasing. By the end of the week, we expect to be back to full baking capacity. Our goal is to open the cafe on Thursday. More updates to follow...
