For a while… but not forever!

THERE ARE FOUR WAYS YOU CAN ACCESS OUR FOOD AT THIS TIME:

1. LOCAL STORES. We are still baking and delivering bread daily.

2. Call (802) 223-5200 x10 or email sales@redhenbaking.com and we have it ready for curbside pick-up. Even easier: you can place your order and pay here:

We’ll have your order ready for you right by the front door.

3. CAPITAL CITY FARMERS’ MARKET. We will be participating in the final winter market of the season which is pre-order only. Pick-up will be from 11-1 on April 25, 2020. To order, go to our online store https://www.toasttab.com/red-hen-baking-co/v3#!/order and select the drop-down list for Capital City Farmers’ Market. You can also email alyssa@redhenbaking.com and place an order there, but you must come with check or exact cash payment at pick-up. We cannot make change.

We're Baking Again!

Reopening Thursday.

After having to take a brief pause to keep everyone safe, we are getting back to baking. Beginning on Tuesday, January 26th., you will find our bread in stores again.

On this first day back, you won’t see baguettes, but you will find five varieties on the shelves. Over the next four days, our selection will be increasing. By the end of the week, we expect to be back to full baking capacity. Our goal is to open the cafe on Thursday. More updates to follow...
